[Cash on Delivery] Why can't I pay using Cash on Delivery (COD)?

The Cash on Delivery (COD) payment method may be currently unavailable for your Shopee account because:
- You have rejected two COD orders from two different deliveries within a certain period.
- Suspicious activity was observed when you made an order with COD payment.
To avoid suspension of the COD payment option, we recommend paying for the parcel and then submitting a Return/Refund request (provided your item is eligible for a Return/Refund, as outlined in the following Help Center article: How do I raise a return/refund request?).
Kindly contact us via the channels at the bottom of the page if you're not sure why this happened.
In the meantime, you can still pay for your order with other payment methods.
